Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and Account access. Users should:

LOVAFE is not responsible for security incidents resulting from a user's failure to maintain appropriate Account security.

Personal data processed through the Platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). LOVAFE implements safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, or alteration. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers who require such access for legitimate operational, legal, security, or business purposes.

LOVAFE utilizes security systems, monitoring technologies, automated detection mechanisms, moderation tools, and related safeguards designed to help identify and prevent:

• Fraudulent activity;
• Fake profiles;
• Unauthorized access attempts;
• Spam;
• Abuse of Platform features;
• Violations of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines;
• Security threats affecting users or the Platform.

LOVAFE reserves the right to investigate suspected security incidents and take appropriate enforcement actions where necessary to protect users, systems, or Platform integrity.

LOVAFE may engage trusted third-party service providers for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communication services, fraud prevention, security monitoring, and related operational functions. Where such providers process personal data on behalf of LOVAFE, appropriate contractual and data protection safeguards are implemented in accordance with applicable law.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), LOVAFE implements appropriate safeguards in accordance with Chapter V GDPR. Such safeguards may include Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

Despite reasonable security measures, no method of transmission, storage, or electronic processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, LOVAFE cannot warrant or guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted protection, or the complete prevention of unauthorized access, cyberattacks, system failures, or other security incidents. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with internet-based services and electronic communications.

LOVAFE maintains processes designed to identify, assess, investigate, contain, and respond to security incidents. Where required by applicable law, LOVAFE may notify affected users and competent supervisory authorities regarding reportable security incidents or personal data breaches. Such notifications shall be made in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
