Community Guidelines

Purpose of the Platform

LOVAFE is designed to support safer social and dating interactions through identity verification, communication tools, safety-oriented platform features, and partner integrations.
LOVAFE provides technology and support features intended to enhance user safety; however, LOVAFE does not guarantee:
• the identity, intentions, honesty, conduct, or actions of any user,
• the safety of any interaction, meeting, or event,
• uninterrupted availability or effectiveness of safety-related functions,
• prevention of harm, misconduct, criminal activity, or unauthorized behavior.
Users remain solely responsible for their decisions, conduct, interactions, and personal safety.

Eligibility

Use of LOVAFE is restricted to individuals who:
• are at least 18 years of age,
• have legal capacity to enter binding agreements,
• comply with applicable local, national, and international laws,
• are not prohibited from using the platform under prior enforcement actions.

LOVAFE reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time. Accounts associated with minors or false eligibility information may be suspended or permanently removed without notice.

Identity & Authenticity Requirements

LOVAFE operates as a verified-user platform. Users may not:
• create false or misleading profiles,
• impersonate individuals or organizations,
• use unauthorized photographs or identity documents,
• operate deceptive, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts,
• intentionally misrepresent age, identity, relationship status, or personal information.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted information.

LOVAFE reserves the right to:
• reject verification attempts,conduct additional verification checks,
• suspend accounts pending review,
• remove unverifiable or suspicious accounts.
Submission of forged documents or fraudulent identity information may result in permanent platform bans and referral to law enforcement authorities where legally required.

Respectful Conduct

Users must interact respectfully and lawfully at all times. The following behavior is prohibited:

• harassment,
• intimidation,
• stalking,
• threats,
• hate speech,
• discriminatory conduct,
• targeted abuse,
• bullying,
• coercion,
• exploitation,
• incitement of violence,
• glorification of criminal activity.

Users must respect personal boundaries, communication preferences, and consent decisions immediately and without retaliation.Repeated unwanted contact may constitute harassment and may result in enforcement action.

Consent & Sexual Safety

LOVAFE maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding non-consensual conduct. Users may not:
• pressure others into sexual activity,
• solicit or distribute non-consensual intimate content,
• engage in sexual exploitation,
• threaten exposure of private content,
• engage in coercive behavior,
• manipulate consent through intimidation or deception.

Consent must be:
• informed,
• voluntary,
• reversible,
• specific,
• ongoing.
Offline conduct connected to platform interactions may result in platform enforcement actions.

Safety Features & Emergency Functions

LOVAFE may provide safety-oriented features including identity verification, check-ins, location sharing, emergency support systems, AI-supported monitoring tools, SafeLocation integrations, and related services.
These features are intended solely as supportive tools and do not replace:
• emergency services,
• law enforcement,
• medical assistance,
• personal judgment,
• independent safety precautions.

LOVAFE does not guarantee:
• real-time emergency intervention,
• successful delivery of alerts,
• uninterrupted tracking functionality,
• continuous system availability,
• prevention of dangerous situations.
‍
Users may not:
• misuse emergency systems,
• intentionally submit false reports,
• abuse tracking features,
• monitor individuals without consent,
• manipulate safety systems,
• generate false alarms.
Misuse may result in immediate suspension, account termination, legal action, and cooperation with authorities.

Illegal Activities

The platform may not be used for unlawful purposes.Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• fraud,
• scams,
• extortion,
• blackmail,
• trafficking,
• prostitution-related exploitation,
• distribution of illegal substances,
• money laundering,
• unauthorized solicitation,
• terrorism-related activity,
• exploitation of minors,
• distribution of illegal or stolen material,
• cybercrime,
• identity theft.

LOVAFE reserves the right to report suspected illegal conduct to competent authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users, partners, or the platform.

Content Standards

Users are solely responsible for content they upload, publish, transmit, or share.
Prohibited content includes:
• illegal material,
• graphic violence,
• exploitative sexual content,
• non-consensual intimate imagery,
• child sexual abuse material,
• hate symbols,• extremist propaganda,
• threats,
• misleading scams,
• malicious software,
• spam,
• deceptive advertising.

LOVAFE reserves sole discretion to:
• review,
• moderate,
• remove,
• restrict,
• demonetize,
• report content or accounts.
‍
Content moderation decisions may include automated and human review processes.

Privacy & Data Protection

LOVAFE processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable. Users may not:
• publish private information of others,
• disclose confidential data without authorization,
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems,
• collect or scrape user information,
• record conversations or meetings unlawfully.

Users remain responsible for complying with local recording, surveillance, and privacy laws.

SafeLocations & Partner Network

LOVAFE may cooperate with third-party venues, businesses, organizers, and partner locations participating in the SafeLocation ecosystem. LOVAFE does not own, control, or supervise third-party venues and cannot guarantee:
• conditions at physical locations,
• conduct of venue staff,
• security measures,
• compliance by third parties,
• uninterrupted availability of partner services.
Certification or participation in the SafeLocation network does not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or assumption of liability by LOVAFE.

Platform Integrity & Security

Users may not:
• interfere with platform operations,
• reverse engineer systems,
• bypass security mechanisms,
• use bots or automation without authorization,
• exploit vulnerabilities,
• conduct penetration testing without permission,
• circumvent moderation or bans.
LOVAFE may implement technical, automated, and manual enforcement mechanisms to protect platform security and integrity.

Reporting Violations

Users may report:
• dangerous conduct,
• harassment,
• fake accounts,
• illegal activity,
• content violations,
• safety concerns.

LOVAFE may investigate reports using automated systems, internal moderation teams, external partners, and legal processes where appropriate.Submitting knowingly false or abusive reports is prohibited.

Enforcement Actions

LOVAFE reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to:
• issue warnings,
• remove content,
• restrict visibility,
• suspend features,
• limit account functionality,
• temporarily suspend accounts,
• permanently terminate accounts,
• deny future access,
• cooperate with legal authorities.

Enforcement decisions may consider:
• severity,
• frequency,
• user safety risks,
• legal obligations,
• platform integrity concerns.

Where legally required, users may receive notice or appeal opportunities.

Appeals

Users subject to enforcement actions may request a review through designated support channels where available.Submission of an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement. LOVAFE reserves the right to maintain enforcement actions where necessary to:
• protect users,
• comply with legal obligations,
• reduce security risks,
• preserve platform integrity.

Limitation of Responsibility

Users acknowledge that:
• interactions with other users occur at their own risk,
• offline meetings are voluntary,
• safety tools may fail or be unavailable,
• no platform can eliminate all risks associated with online or offline interactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOVAFE disclaims liability for:
• user conduct,
• offline incidents,
• third-party actions,
• partner venue conduct,
• misuse of platform features,
• interruptions or failures of safety systems,
• unauthorized access or criminal misuse of the platform.

Nothing in these Guidelines excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Guidelines

LOVAFE may update these Guidelines at any time to reflect:
• legal requirements,
• platform changes,
• security developments,
• operational needs,
• product updates.

Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise required by law.Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
