To ensure the highest standards of security and privacy, Lovafe partners with Nect, a trusted third-party identity verification provider that securely performs the verification process in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
The user starts the identity verification within the Lovafe app.
The user is securely redirected to Nect's verification process.
Nect requests the user to present a valid government-issued identity document (such as a passport or national ID card).
The user completes a liveness check (e.g. a selfie or short video) to confirm that they are the legitimate owner of the document.
Nect verifies your identity document and matches it with your biometric data.
Once verified, Nect securely confirms the result to Lovafe. Lovafe never performs the identity verification itself.
Your Lovafe account is marked as Verified, helping create a safer community for everyone.
